John and Amy Paul moved to Moscow in 2003 for the opportunity to have John receive his Masters In Architecture at the University of Idaho. Moscow has offered a rich and colorful environment to raise their three daughters, Megan, Hallie and Savana. All three girls graduated from Moscow High School and have continued on with their education at the University of Idaho (GO VANDALS!).

In early 2006 the opportunity to purchase North Idaho Athletic Club presented itself. With some encouragement from John, Amy took on the opportunity to turn a life's passion into a full-time career. Amy is busy teaching classes, offering kineseo movement taping services or doing office busy work for 45+ hours a week. She has taken the time to invest in the community by serving on the Moscow Chamber of Commerce for 7 years. She has also served in many outreach programs.  John is the owner of OTS Design Services; a local design firm, that keeps him busy with many local residential and commercial design projects. Their family's move brought them to Moscow to pursue one dream, which resulted in the opportunity to fulfill another.

"At NIAC, we are optimistic about the future of the athletic club and the opportunity to fulfill a dream of bringing fitness and community together. Creating an environment that fosters camaraderie and health has always been the ultimate goal. NIAC is the epitome of a true hybrid gym- offering everything from strength and conditioning programs to yoga. We truly have something for everyone." ~in health, Amy
