Class Schedule

All of our GroupX classes are included in your membership! Our classes are taught by fitness professionals who are dedicated to your health and wellness.

We welcome all fitness levels and encourage you to try something new!

 Spin is located on the second floor in the Northeast corner of the building in the Spin room. All other classes are held in the group fitness room. Please note that the schedule is subject to change so please verify with club regarding any questions you might have.
