I am a Pullman native majoring in Kinesiology at Washington State University. I hold a Personal
Training Certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Along with
that I hold Certifications through USA Weightlifting, USA Powerlifting, American Strongman
Corporation, and the National Sport Performance Association. As a former collegiate athlete, I
understand the value of hard work and putting your time and effort into your goals.
