I am an experienced and educated personal trainer. I have been teaching group fitness for over 10 years and personal training for over 8 years.
I have my ACE personal training certification with endorsements in Specialized Popluation and Youth Population. I have also attained a number of group fitness certifications. I have some very simple philosophies that carry over into my training:
1.Treat my clients as I would like to be treated.
2. Keep my clients healthy.
3. Err on the side of safety.
4. Know my clients limits.
5. Keep an open mind.
I will always listen to my client's goals and assess an individual's mechanics as well as I am capable of. My approach is to train every client to have better alignment, work on imbalances and on the muscles that stabilize the core including hips and shoulders. I have worked with countless physical challenges and helped my clients overcome those challenges. I do my research to give my client the best I am capable of.
Education is very important to me. I am currently working toward my Masters in Education with an emphasis in physical education and health. I will promise to always have the latest research available to make your personal training experience second to none.
