Hi! My name is Tia Taylor. I graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Education. I am a certified Personal Trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine(NASM) as well as a Fitness Nutrition Certification. Currently, I am continuing my education for Corrective Exercise. I also teach HIIT and I am training to be a Spin instructor.
My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I get to work with; helping them become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. This goes way beyond helping people look the best they ever have- I help clients achieve a healthy performance mindset, motivation and lifestyle. I am passionate about helping people find the right balance for them, which means that they can enjoy their lives to the fullest while still looking, feeling and moving how they want to.
My personal fitness experience includes playing collegiate soccer and running track. I have participated in many different styles of group fitness as well as Crossfit. The last 5 years my focus in training was Bodybuilding. I am pursuing my Weightlifting Certification through USA Weightlifting and training with a more functional style of exercise.
My coaching style is fun, high energy and doesn’t stop at the gym! I continue to coach about nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits. I have always been passionate about health and wellness and love to share my enthusiasm with others. I am so excited to be your biggest cheerleader on your fitness journey!
