Personal training someone is, as the name suggests, inherently personal.
It requires careful critique, correction, encouragement,
and guidance tailored to the individual’s anatomy and personality.
No two people are the same in movement or in life, and so no exercise
program should be identical from person to person. If you’re here to
improve your life through fitness, strength, and functionality,
I’m here to help you achieve your goals.
Muscular strength is the backbone to fitness and longevity. Increasing strength over time is the scaffolding to the way I train, since it accelerates your ability to achieve functional strength, toned muscle, and fat loss. Beyond this, I incorporate posturally-corrective exercises to combat the many muscle imbalances found in today’s population (forward head posture, anterior pelvic tilt, etc).
I am grateful for the opportunity to be a Personal Trainer at NIAC. Taking this first step toward a happier, healthier life can be intimidating — I understand this because I was once in your shoes. I’m here to save you hundreds of hours of research, trial, and error. I’m here to help you discover and enjoy your untapped capabilities.
