Candace and Traci are both Idaho State Licensed Massage Therapists, with each boasting more than 5 years of experience. Through specific massage techniques there is focus on increasing the efficiency of muscle function through improved delivery of nutrition and removal of wastes, and supporting optimal range of motion. Additionally massage helps reduce the pain associated with chronic muscle tension and assists clients to enter a state of deep relaxation that supports the body’s natural abilities to heal itself.
Candace is a certified practitioner of Ayurveda, India’s traditional healing system, and Reiki, a healing modality from Japan. She also offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacscial Release and Sports massage. Candace actively practices Yoga. She is a mother to two little boys and loves getting outside to cross-country ski, bike, hike, and camp.
Traci specializes in Swedish, pretatal, clinical, deep tissue as well as Myofacial release. Traci and her husband are very active and enjoy the outdoors. Traci understands that keeping your active body healthy, includes massage therapy.
Kid Care is a child supervision service offered at North Idaho Athletic Club (for an additional fee) for parents while they workout. It is supervised free play and any activities provided are up to the discretion of the supervisor. We are not a certified day care nor can we provide their services.
