Massage Therapy

Meet OUR Therapist:

CandaceCandace Magnuson
is an Idaho State Licensed Massage Therapist with more than 5 years of experience. She offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Sports massage. Through these techniques she focuses on increasing the efficiency of muscle function through improved delivery of nutrition and removal of wastes, and supporting optimal range of motion. Additionally her approach helps reduce the pain associated with chronic muscle tension and assists clients to enter a state of deep relaxation that supports the body’s natural abilities to heal itself.  Candace is a certified practitioner of Ayurveda, India’s traditional healing system, and Reiki, a healing modality from Japan, and also practices Yoga. She is a mother to two little boys and loves getting outside to cross-country ski, bike, hike, and camp.
