CHOOSE WISELY When your children were little, you packed a diaper bag full of out fit changes and SNACKS in case your day went awry and you were away from home longer than planned. You were the good parent who planned for all of the "just in case" situations. WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT PLANNING?? As an adult, you need to pack snacks for your day. Pack your bag with your necessary snacks for the day: - A can of V8
- Baggie with carrots and celery (or veggies of your choice)
- An apple
- A banana
- An orange
There you go!! All of your fruit and veggie servings taken care of for the day. Other ideas to pack in your bag:
