Class Descriptions

We encourage you to try something new! All fitness levels welcome.

All classes are taught by certified professionals who are dedicated to your health and wellness.

Included in your basic membership

GroupX classes are included in your NIAC Basic Membership OR, you can pay per class with a Punch Card (10 classes for $70).


A guided 45 minute all terrain ride on flats and hills with intervals. Excellent cross training for your lower body! Classes are geared toward any fitness level. Please be on your bike 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class with water and prepared to get your sweat on. Stiff soled shoes are recommended but not required. The Spin Room is located on the second floor in the northeast corner of the building.


Integrates the use of a barre, light weights and various props. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises. Create long, lean muscles!


ISuper HIGH INTENSITY Interval Training! We use sandbells,, battle ropes and all the fun toys. Lifting tabatas, fast paced interval work that combines speed and functional lifts in a high-intensity atmosphere. Burn, burn, burn!!

H.I.I.T. Basics

Develop the strength and skills used in high-paced intervals and circuits. The class targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms and core with easy-to-follow movements. Fun and intense!


A HITT-style, fast paced class with intense lifting. This strength and conditioning class is built on constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Tone individual muscle groups and your core using light weights, body resistance and a body ball.

Step Rock

Enjoy a high energy step class with mixed, layered choreography. This fast moving class conditions your cardiovascular system along with every muscle.

Pilates BC

Take core strengthening to the next level with Pilates Bootcamp. This is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch and add balance to the body. Essential core strenth and conditioning.


All levels welcome! Fast-paced, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked with breath- building heat, mobility and integrated strength. Expect to work hard and then relax into savasana.

Yoga Restore

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels. Practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness and deep breathing.
