What does GPP stand for??

GPP is a specialized group fitness class available with Premium Membership. We focus on teaching the mechanics of Olympic lifts as part of metabolic conditioning based workouts. The goal of GPP is for you to achieve optimal health so you are able to do all the things you love.

Are you interested in learning how to Olympic lift? This rigorous style of working out isn’t for everyone but it is becoming more and more popular and we think for good reason! Our GPP coaches place heavy emphasis on foundational movements and proper mechanics. We pride ourselves in providing the community a FUN and SAFE place to learn.
