What does GPP stand for??

GPP is a specialized group fitness class. We focus on teaching the mechanics of Olympic lifts as part of metabolic conditioning based workouts. The goal of GPP is for you to achieve optimal health so you are able to do all the things you love.

Our GPP coaches place heavy emphasis on foundational movements and proper mechanics. We pride ourselves in providing the community a FUN and SAFE place to learn.
