Jenny Chapman is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Physique & Bodybuilding Coach. She enjoys teaching women that building toned muscle can be fun and feminine. Her goal is to encourage you to approach exercise with a mindset of love for your body and a desire to challenge yourself mentally and physically. Even if you’ve never stepped foot on a weight room floor, Jenny would love to teach you how to build and shape a physique you feel proud of without endless cardio workouts.
