Blake Taylor
Hi. I’m Blake Taylor and I’m a Personal Trainer here at NIAC. I love hard work, motivation, dedication and seeing results. This is what I try to bring everyday, both for myself and my clients.
I believe diet and exercise is the foundation to a happy and fulfilling life. I have a deep understanding of nutrition and physiology. Nothing motivates me more than sharing the knowledge I have learned over the years and seeing my clients and those around me grow and progress.
I studied Sports Science and Psychology at Washington State University. I am certified as a NASM Personal Trainer. I have played college basketball, served in the U.S. Army and competed in several bodybuilding competitions. My training
style is focused on strength, functional movements and body sculpting. I place a big emphasis on form, function and challenging yourself. I believe in creating a solid foundation in the gym and progressing to workouts focused on your
specific goals.
